Terms of use
Draft — not yet in force.
1. About Prime Parking
Prime Parking ("we", "us") operates an online marketplace that connects people who have parking spaces or storage units to let ("Owners") with people who wish to use them ("Drivers"). We are not a party to any letting arrangement between Owners and Drivers.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.
3. Listings
Owners must have the legal right to let the space they list, describe it accurately, and keep pricing and availability up to date. We may remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful or unsafe.
4. Bookings
A booking request becomes an arrangement between Driver and Owner when the Owner accepts it. During early access, payment terms are agreed directly between the parties; we do not process payments or hold funds.
5. Cancellations
Drivers may cancel pending or confirmed bookings through their account. Owners may decline requests. We encourage both sides to communicate promptly about changes.
6. Liability
We provide the platform "as is" during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from letting arrangements, including damage to vehicles, property or stored goods. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, post unlawful content, scrape data, attempt to bypass security, or use spaces for unlawful purposes.
8. Changes
We may update these draft terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
