About Prime Parking
We're on a mission to make parking simple, fair and local.
Every day, millions of UK drivers burn time and fuel circling for somewhere to park, while millions of driveways, garages and private bays sit empty a few metres away. Prime Parking exists to connect the two.
What we do
Prime Parking is a marketplace. Space owners list their driveways, garages, car park bays and storage units; drivers search, compare and book them by the day or by the month. Owners keep full control over who parks and when, and drivers get a guaranteed space at a transparent price.
Why it matters
- Less congestion: up to a third of urban traffic is drivers looking for parking. Booked-ahead spaces take cars off the hunt.
- Fairer prices: peer-to-peer spaces routinely undercut commercial car parks, and owners earn from an asset that would otherwise sit idle.
- Stronger streets: money spent on parking stays in the neighbourhood instead of going to a distant operator.
Where we are
We're an early-stage platform. Listings currently span London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Brighton and a growing list of other towns and cities. Online payments are on our roadmap; for now, bookings are confirmed by owners and payment terms are arranged directly.
