What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Listing data: addresses, locations, prices and descriptions of spaces you list.
- Booking data: dates and statuses of bookings you make or receive.
- Messages: anything you send via the contact form.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the marketplace: showing listings to drivers, routing booking requests to owners, and responding to enquiries. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. No tracking or analytics cookies are set.
Third parties
Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap and fonts from Google Fonts; those services receive standard technical data (such as your IP address) when your browser fetches these resources.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us via the contact page to exercise these rights.
Retention
Account and booking records are kept while your account is active. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry.
